Rick Stout was born just outside of Philadelphia, PA. The beautiful weather, beaches, and economic growth all made it a ”must” for him to make Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg markets his forever home.

Rick got his start into real estate in 2019 by investing in residential multifamily properties. His passions for all things real estate grew quickly, along with a burning desire to help and grow with others in this field.

His obsession for business, real estate, investing; development- combined with his background in sales, negotiating, and influence- gives him a unique competitive advantage to work with. To date, Rick has owned and managed multiple multifamily real estate properties, repositioned vacant land for bigger developments to sell, and continues to grow his holdings in land, multifamily, and commercial real estate.

What sets Rick apart is his commitment to his & his partners’ goals through a “whatever it takes” work ethic, in addition to his persistence, negotiating ability, creative strategies, vision, and his network. He has aligned himself with a team of industry experts to maximize his ability to be the number one resource for all of his network’s needs and desires.

Outside of the office- Rick lives here in Saint Petersburg with his fiancé, Amber and their two dogs- Their lab mix named Oreo ; their dachshund/terrier mix they rescued in Vinoy Park, named Pete. Rick’s interests include working on cars, attending Tampa Bay Lightning games, working out, collecting bourbon, and creating genuine relationships. He also has a passion for growing businesses, personal development, networking, and attending mastermind/educational events. One day Rick would like to open up a dog facility to house, treat, train, and transport passionate dogs to- that were abandoned, or mistreated and labeled as aggressive. He would like to put a dent in the kill shelters business and save the lives of these dogs.

Amber, originally from the Jersey Shore, she felt an instant connection to the vibrant community of Tampa Bay when she first visited in 2015. Following her heart, she made the decision to become a permanent Florida resident and now calls Historic Kenwood in Saint Petersburg her home.

With a proven track record in multifamily property investments since 2019, Amber is seeking opportunities to acquire more properties. She holds a BS in finance, providing a solid foundation for her financial acumen and meticulous approach to real estate investments. Her prior roles in accounting and financial management have further honed her skills, ensuring that every aspect of the transaction is executed with precision.
